Dispensing on cylindrical blackened sleeves is tricky. Dark surfaces challenge most vision systems, and irregular shapes add extra complexity.

Our panoramic vision dispensing machine handles it with a custom fixture solution. A rectangular head locks the sleeve in place, magnetic positioning ensures precise alignment, and a strip light guide plate provides supplemental lighting for accurate vision recognition.

Once the system identifies the workpiece, dispensing begins. The fixture rotates to adjust the dispensing plane, and with interchangeable accessories, the same fixture can accommodate different sleeve types — no extra tooling needed.
